WEEK 1 DAY 3
So I got my mile time down to 13:57!!!!! WHAT THE WHAT?
I actually felt pretty good doing it! I didn’t feel dizzy or shaky after and finally, FINALLY, felt those endorphins! Like I was pumped afterwards!
Notes: I also did crunches and squats, because I could and I felt awesome about it. BUT something weird happened on the very last crunch of my very last rep and a muscle in the left side of my stomach area tightened up a lot... like WHOA. So I breathed through it and actually felt it release and take up more space again.
I also talked to my mom about working out. My family has always had weird dynamics about being fat and working out and food -More to come on this at another time- so I was a little nervous, but it went well.
I’m not dieting, just trying to be healthy overall with eating. So mostly veggies and then fruits before anything else. Will I eat pizza? YES! But I will only have a slice and an orange or a salad. Maybe two slices with some carrot sticks and water. And I won’t plan on having left overs that aren’t healthy. So instead of doing the deal and getting the large deep dish, we can get a small pizza and a family size salad. No soda though.
This is a long term thing. Not a diet and not a weight loss thing. Those happen to be rad side effect, but sustainable healthy living is the goal!
