There are a TRILLION different Fellswaps and Swapfells, so instead of trying to pick one I just made my own based on some of my favorite interpretations while also taking into consideration my own interpretation of Swap and Fell Sans
Meet Shredder (shhh I know that's a TMNT villain but I'm gonna call him that cause it sounds sick af)

So since my version of Swap is only a sort of role swap au and not a personality swap, fellswap would work the same way. I couldn't see Fell Sans joining the royal guard on his own, he couldn't be fucked, UNLESS something happened that made him rethink shit
Case in point: Papyrus is dead here. I hate writing it off like thar cause I feel like it'll come across as "being edgy for the sake of being edgy" but that's not what I intend so :/
My Fell Paps is really just a sharper Papyrus, so when he's younger he'd still be more optimistic, which would be what gets him killed. After that, instead of not trying anymore Sans is offered a role in the royal guard and he takes that role partially in honor of Papyrus and partially to get back at the people who dusted him
Alphys does the same thing here as my Swap Alphys except since fell Alph is more of a mad scientist it kinda goes haywire and his new powered up eye chars the side of his face
He covers it with the eyepatch cause they don't want the public to know about the experimentation
ALSO!! Colors and their meanings! In Underfell the main color is red, which with Undertale lore is associated with Determination, they're DETERMINED to get out of the Underground by any means necessary
Here tho Shredder has the colors purple and yellow which represent perseverance and justice. Perseverance would be the whole underground's color since Toriel is ruler, and in Sans's case it says he persevered through what happened to Papyrus. The justice one tho is a little skewed, in his mind he thinks taking revenge on the people who hurt Papyrus is justice, when really it isn't and it's just that, revenge
Another thing, my Fell Sans is mostly a sweetheart under that tough exterior but since Shredder has nobody that close to him anymore that softness is basically buried and gone and I mean it when I say he's a fucking asshole, he's mean and ruthless and mercy isn't something in his vocabulary. Hes done being lazy here
