This dish is a great seafood option for breakfast or brunch because it has both the richness of scrambled eggs and the sweetness of shrimp.
Ingredients: 3 eggs. 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 tablespoon butter. 2 tablespoons milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl by beating them well. Put butter in a nonstick pan and heat it over medium-low heat. While the shrimp is cooking, turn them pink and make sure they're fully cooked. This should take about two to three minutes. Add the eggs that have been beaten to the pan with the shrimp. With a spatula, keep stirring the eggs until they are scrambled and cooked to the level of doneness you want. Take it off the heat and add some chopped parsley as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
