Indulge in the delightful combination of succulent shrimp, tender broccoli, and creamy alfredo sauce in this easy-to-make pasta dish.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta of your choice. 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 cups broccoli florets. 4 oz cream cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Put shrimp in the pan and cook for about two to three minutes on each side until they turn pink. Take the shrimp out of the pan and set it aside. Put broccoli florets in the same pan and cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes, until they are soft but still crisp. Turn down the heat. Heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese should be added to the pan. Mix the sauce and cheeses together until the sauce is smooth. Put the cooked shrimp back in the pan. Add pepper and salt to taste. Then add the cooked pasta and toss it around in the sauce until it's well gone. If you want, you can serve it hot with fresh parsley on top.
