In this point of the boy’s life, Sora wouldn’t have grasp the concept of ‘good’ and ‘evil’ besides the bedtime stories he was read to before going to sleep. How the hero was good and would fight the evil villain to save the princess. The other half was also pirates looting other ships and stealing the treasure for himself. So even looking at someone that look just like him, there was an unusual feeling he could feel within his heart. Some sort of fear? Sadness? Anger?
The emotions were almost overwhelming for a small child to hold, but it is something his heart was feeling.
“Hey mister... are you okay? I can't see your face, but I'm feeling kind of sad seeing you like this. At least, I think I'm sad?” Why did he suddenly have the courage to speak to someone that would scare the boy? There was just something in his heart that felt a sense to speak with him.
