Dear Diary,
maybe Hinagiku3 would like to come with me to Grandma’s&Grandpa’s farm some day. I could introduce Grandma to Hinagiku3. . . They sound just the same! ! Same accent! They are both sweet and hard-working! ! Its funny [smileyface sticker]
Cute scarf and bows! Maybe we could trade scarves sometime? ? Just for fun! Her hair is so frizzy, maybe I could braid it still? I want to ask later
[silly drawings of different braids]
Unconventional Card Games | Abnormal Days
Despite the calm exterior he does his best to project, Arthur's nerves were rattled fairly badly by the murder and the hectic trial that followed. Apart from meals, he spends almost the entire day following it shut up in his and Chou's room, flipping through the familiar pages of the books he'd packed for the trip. He's already read, or at least skimmed, all of them by now but it's better than nothing. The day after that, however, as he's digging through his luggage of hopes in finding another book he stumbles across his deck of tarot cards.
For a moment he just stares at them, he barely remembers packing them in the first place. The cards had been an impulse purchase he'd made a few months ago, and he's only just started learning how to use them. He has a spread and most of the interpretations memorized, enough to do a simple if clumsy reading. Slowly he picks up the pack and slides the cards out, flipping through them and thinking. Maybe... is that a good idea? He hasn't seen Hinagiku since the trial, and although they haven't known each other long he already misses talking with her. Would she even be interested in letting him give her a reading?
Well, the only way to find out is to ask. Arthur slips the cards back into their packaging and shoves his luggage back under his bed before he leaves his room. Let's see, Hinagiku was in the C Dorm, wasn't she? Would she even be in her room right now? Shaking his head at all these pointless questions, he makes his way down the hall and through the next compartment to the second one from the back. There he knocks briskly on the door marked C, and waits.
I tried for some reason I can't pronounce her name although I can in my head

-Date--Entry No. 100-
Still on train. Already becoming so accustomed to the noise and movement that it is scarcely noticeable. Have begun re-reading books. Disappointed in Hope's Peak Academy Officials for failure to provide recreational options, amongst their many other failures in regards to this train trip.
At least kitchen is properly equipped. Made pancakes this morning. Appears Hinagiku Ushida, SHSL Farmhand, is also an early riser. Information not surprising, considering her profession. She is pleasant company. Am glad to have shared breakfast with friend. Feels strange to write about having a friend. Have determined strange feeling to be positive in nature.
Spoke at length about our families and how I came to hold my position as a coroner. Conversation was highly satisfactory. Do not believe there were any signs of disgust, disappointment, disdain, etc from Hinagiku. Very fortunate to have met her. Perhaps hopeful sign that friendships with other students possible? Further information needed.
"Hey, Mochizuki-kun. Ah don't suppose ya'd mind havin' a lil' chat with me, would ya? Ah want ta' ask some things about that crop of yers, if that's alraght."
Having been left alone by Nagisi, Irie backed away from the bathroom doorway and leaned against the wall. She stopped crying like a baby, she stopped sobbing, and only leaned against the wall, tears still running down her face.Irie gave Hinagiku a defensive look, still holding the riding crop in her hand. "It's mine," she repeated like a stubborn child, as if Hinagiku wanted it for herself, too. Her lips were twisted in a sad curve, even if it seemed to be just a riding crop.
