So, I'm really glad I read through Dangan Ronpa.

The protagonist is basically a mostly bland, 5' 2" kid who nearly gets screwed over at every turn and suspects chickens could turn into bombs and I feel I could really connect to that.

I guess you could say... it gives me a shred of "Super High School Level Hope".
