OKAY so! from the start it was somewhat of a respect for yoshiki since they were going to be neighbors, and god forbid that he made enemies with the other?? because that would be a inconvenience to the both of them. so he laid cool and was chill.

after that first conversation, he actually started to like yoshiki?? he appreciates puns, and whoever can make a whole heck to of puns as quick as that automatically earns his respect, and it wins his favor of the person. so that was an entertaining ride, and it was swell!

before yoshiki died hours later from their final conversations, he was honestly very worried about him because?? oh god. walking into the bathroom at the time was enough to make him reel back in horror. even though he was somewhat blunt and seemingly indifferent at times, he was honestly concerned about yoshiki and attempted to help??

…he did say that he was going to get a bird and then come right back but?? shit he didn’t think that he’d just fall down, dead as hell… which leads into him screamin g when he found the body? mostly that thread has been going on for a long time but this? fits. because yoshiki kinda??? told him that he was going to come right back but he was dead and he couldn’t do anythin g?? and that made him so, so upset.

(plus it reminded him of his parent’s faliures in their workplaces. lives lost. disgusting.)

over the course of trials/cases after that before they could communicate with the dead, he was kinda?? haunted by the first case and has a habit of looking at the bathroom door in his room because that was the first thing he did in that final thread that they had together at that point? he still has that habit now, and he forgets to go ahead and attempt to get rid of it.

that first case rly took a toll on his emotional health and god that was the second time he’s ever felt so utterly powerless to stop something from happening?? although it was. a nice learning experience. by that, i mean it was an eyeopener that he should be careful and be wary. although he tried to make friends with rover and (jaehwa internally screams some more and never stops)

when they could finally talk to the dead he was?? so happy?? like hell if that was fake then dont ever tell him that it’s fake because hope was much, much more better than wallowing in his misery. heck, he almost didn’t believe it at first, but then just accepted it because it was nice to hear yoshiki again?? 

then another thread came after that with the radio room, and he was?? so glad that yoshiki could go ahead and listen to him because he rly didnt t r u s t a n y o n e because he was extremely paranoid at that point and prone to?? being extremely emotional. and so he was thankful that he could trust yoshiki?? (although to say that he helped hi in other ways is debatable.)

when yoshiki finally came back oh my god if keita wasn’t there jaehwa would have hugg ed the poor guy right then and there like ‘oh my god you’re here oh my go d… oh my god…’ because he was just??? in disbelief and overjoyed about this news and that yoshiki would go ahead and live ? and do that he wants? (he’s read the diary i think so <:^) free yoshiki)

he has cried…once? that was when meeting yoshiki. cried tears over his bruh. .. and that was the only instance that he ever crie d. ..

overall, bruh.

Reason One why I'm upset Yoshiki's dead:

So I was rooting for the recorder-double bass duet. Very, really rooting for it. It turns out that D-E-F-A-C-E-D is a fun motif, actually, to write a song around...and if you pay attention you might hear me put in a F-G-A-C-D-G-F or two at the beginning. That was fun, also. 

So there's the other thing I've been doing the past few days.

Too bad the duet doesn't fit the mood at all anymore, right? I'm not rewriting it, though. I'm not rewriting it because Yoshiki lives on in my heart, and he can fulfill the duet from atop the highest mountains of Hell, for all I care.
