58. At a library
Aiko was sitting at the back of the library, all by herself, concentrating very hard on her notes, occasionally glancing over at her laptop, which seemed to have some form of online study website open. She had an exam tomorrow and she was having more than a little trouble comprehending the material. The end of her pen was in her mouth, being chomped viciously. As Aiko fought the urge to burn everything in sight.
She didn’t notice Prema, or hear her try to get her attention.
