Hello there everybody Mr Burke here wanting talk about another documentary that is just so great In Search Of Darknes a Journey Into Iconic 80s Horror. I love documentary to me the 80s was big decade for horror films to me from Friday 13th films to Halloween films to nightmare films to Hellraiser I could be here all day haha. But documentary goes through so much with views from directors to producers to actors to celebrities to social media reviewers. After hearing Shudder UK was going to be rebooting and releasing a horror anthology series continuing the creepshow franchise, I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but I was happily and pleasantly surprised. The series is a brilliant mix of creep and black comedy. Not only does it honour the source material but it helps bring it into the modern age forging it's own eerie and quirky path. Each episode contains two stories, from Champie to ghosts and evil demons. The stories are wild and creative and each are quite fun. At no point watching this series did I feel bored. The guest stars that are featured are great with stars like Tobin Bell, Adrienne Barbeau and Jeffery Combs. If you like your horror with a splash of fun and black comedy this is the series for you.
