Day 3 en route to Lake Elsinore, it's been a long day today! I'm growing in this journey and it's been fantastic so far. Feels like months that I've been at it, and there are some really amazing places that I want to share with you. Being solo, I have time to do everything I want and I like to make space to look back at the footage and pick some nice moments. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Today I have my first ever rack of ribs, traditional Louisiana, with cornbread, fries and collard greens. My family tree goes way back to that soul food, Georgia's only a few states away from LA namely Alabama and Mississippi. It's curious that I have felt so self-aware at the idea of visiting the South when my people have such history there.
