This is my Shungmo Ranger, Meixiu!
She comes from a long line of gunslinging rangers. Her older brother, Xheng, shot and killed Meixiu’s girlfriend because his job called for it, and in a fit of revenge, she stabbed him and brutally massacred his form. After this, she realized she doesn’t like the nature of her family’s past occupations, and she tries to break away from the typical nature of their jobs: assassinations, bounty hunting, and other jobs centered around killing.
In despair of her lover’s and now brother’s death, she cuts her hair and embraces the new life that being an outlaw gave her after she killed her brother in reaction. Formerly being known by her name, Li, she takes on the name Meixiu.
She has a strong connection with tracking and nature because of her background and family history, but doesn’t like using her abilities to kill people, but will if they threaten her or the people she cares about. She’s killed and she will again.
