TBH, GRANDMA KAJIWARA BEING THE OLD DREAM HASHIRA, JUST SO SHINOBU AND SHUN CAN HAVE A CHILDHOOD RIVAL TO LOVERS DEAL. Their grandma is unable to sword fight now BUT, I can definetly see her and Gyomei getting along because she was the team mom and stuff and she guided him. Anyways, when Shinobu started her Wisteria research, Shun laughing at her because her trees would die and stuff and he's all: "You aren't pruning them twice per year. They're a very high maintenance vine...This Farm Boy can help you with that~"
and she scoffed but allowed him but like, MOMENTS WHERE HIS GRANDMA SEES THEM AND SHINOBU IS SLEEPING ON SHUN'S CHEST WITH HER RESEARCH IN HAND AND SHUN HOLDING ONTO HER LIKE A TEDDY BEAR and she giggles and shakes her head.
SHUNOBU BECAUSE I LOVE THEM-
But like, they tried to keep the dating a secret for a bit because 1. people would be annoying and 2. Hitohito's crush on her was a worry but like: HITOHITO FINDING OUT WHEN HE GOES TO HIS BROTHER'S ROOM TO MAKE HIM A SPECIAL BREAKFAST AND HE CATCHES SHINOBU IN HIS BED AND HE JUST DROPS HIS TRAY.
Shun: "HITO, THIS ISN'T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. SHE WAS...CHECKING MY HEART RATE? Shinobu, help me."
Shinobu: "No, checking your heart rate with your pants off totally makes sense!"
And then after a while, Hitohito tries not to tell but he cries about it to Kikyo who tells Sadako during their tea/dress up time who tells the other Tsugokus who tells THE HASHIRA.
Sanemi: "I ALWAYS KNEW YOU WERE A BOTTOM."
Shun: "KINDA GAY OF YOU TO THINK OF ME LIKE THAT. ALSO, HOW ARE YOU GONNA CRITICIZE ME WHEN WE ALL KNOW OBANAI GETS PEGGED."
Tengen: "Damn, I thought you and Shinobu were a thing. Guess you really are lonely."
Giyuu: "I am not lonely-"
Shun: "Yeah, he's gonna be our pet! How do you like the name "Fluffy", Tomioka?"
Shinobu: "Aw, we could get a cute little bed for him and everything!"
And obviously they're teasing but everyone's there like: "Yup, they're a match made in HELL."
