as a resident mitch marner stan i gotta say,,, the whole contract thing gave me a painful migraine and made me ashamed to wear my shirsey the whole summer when it was previously one of the only shirts I wore i think he’s over payed and never should have asked for as much as he did do i think he’s a great player? of course i do i have eyes is he The Best? fuck no?? i barely know who won the cup this year and i can't name any of the new guys who were just drafted

i'm the biggest fake out here

but i still love the game and i still love. what's left of the leafs. so if i have time when the season starts up with college i might be able to sit down and watch some games. but. as of right now. unofficially. i no longer give a shit

the only teams i actually somewhat have small opinions on are the leafs and oilers but beyond that i'm. tired of drama and etc etc so i'm not gonna care anymore

so there are ads all over edmonton of connors face doing idk whatever but just his face and a small witty line that relates to both hockey and i'm pretty sure this car insurance company. i'm sure somebody can attatch pictures. anyway i just noticed that none of them have any indication of who he is. like at all. no name no nhl logo or whatever it's literally just his face.
