Shutdown commences at Midnight
Not all of the government is shutting down, and essential personnel will still be working. For those uncertain about your funding status, you still go to work on Monday.
From GovExec: “All federal employees who would normally report to work on Feb. 2 would be expected to do so anyway, as is standard practice on the first working day after a funding lapse to initiate “orderly shutdown activities.” Depending on when the House acts, OMB could advise furloughed employees to remain at work or to go home and await an update. “
The funding lapse won’t hit all agencies and is expected to be over early next week.

It was the second of two rulings in the span of about an hour that found the administration had acted unlawfully, after it had refused to tap an emergency reserve — enacted by Congress and totaling in the billions of dollars — to sustain the critical anti-hunger program.
