So, my new boss has been insinuating a lot lately about me “Stealing from the tip jar” when all I’ve been doing is counting it out and giving it to my crew.
Today I went in AS A CUSTOMER and ordered a iced coffee, a diet coke and then he goes “Hey, why is my deposit missing 50 dollars?” and I was like “Uh???I haven’t worked since sunday and I’ve been the baker for 3 days?” He goes “Well when its only you and ____’insert coworkers name here’ Its always messed up and there’s money missing?” Like

This is the second time and I told him “Hey she was late 15 minutes so I had to open up till, so I was in there for a little bit so she could ring up when she got there but after 7am I pulled it and did my count but forgot to subtract from 135 so I put in the whole amount instead of what it was, I wrote on the final pickup slip that I made a mistake and I even told him and he just looked at me with a “Sure I believe you” look on his face and gave me my iced coffee and I left. like WHAT THE FUCK kind of shit is this? I’ve never stolen from this place IN MY LIFE, I would never dream of it and now I am getting this shit???
