shwhiteside replied to your post: Morrigan is really hard to write.
Why do you say that?
I find her really difficult to write. Her speech patterns are difficult.
That's no fun

TAG. YOU'RE IT. The rules are to state 10 random facts about yourself. Then, go to your ten favorite blogs and tell them that they are it :)

In the same way, the seeds in fruit are alive. They are made of living cells meant to grow. Eggs are also made up of living cells, a kind of womb made to carry a baby to term outside of it's mothers body. Living cells are not the same as life
Living cells ARE life, but I'm not so sure that the biological processes behind seeds and eggs can be (or should be) compared to what happens in a uterus.
Seeds on their own cannot produce a tree. They need to physically be placed in the right kind of soil, need to be given sunlight and water, and monitored constantly to make sure the plant grows. It's not as simple as just putting the seed in the ground and walking away.
As for eggs, the ones that humans eat are unfertilized. Those that are fertilized produce baby chicks, and won't be found in your carton of dozen. One thing, though, IS slightly comparable between humans and chickens. Hens don't need a rooster to lay an egg, just like uteri-owners don't need a penis-owner to menstruate and release an unfertilized ovum. However, that is obviously where the comparison stops.
shwhiteside replied to your post: So I just talked with my parents for about fifteen minutes about my food money.
What about your food money?
Apparently I spent part of the hundred dollars that was supposed to carry me through another three weeks (which admittedly if I'd put ALL of the hundred dollars into my food account for school it probably would have) on a T-shirt, some tank tops, and laundry, which means that I couldn't put more than twenty five into my food account because the next round-up for the school was fifty and I had forty-nine. :/
But apparently I was supposed to spend most of it on food and then use whatever was left to pay for baggage check, which is IMPOSSIBLE with only a hundred dollars.
But I still feel guilty because I knew logically when I bought those shirts that I shouldn't have.
I hate not having money.
