Okay so, Self-Insert Toriel (maybe Siriel??? lmao) takes place on a Genocide route-- except!! SI!Toriel is proactive and aware about the Geno route and wouldn't even let it happen.
They will escort Frisk everywhere, supervising every one of Frisk's monster encounters. The stick? Confiscated. The Toy Knife? Confiscated. SI!Toriel is simultaneously Frisk's easiest Pacifist route and hardest Genocide route.
They are doing their best to tame this murderous protagonist lmfao
Flowey can try to get rid of SI!Toriel to help 'Chara' reach their potential, but SI!Toriel is aware of Flowey and what he's capable of, so their Boss monster magic should be enough to fend him off.
SI!Toriel will even escort Frisk outside the Ruins!
Btw, SI!Toriel is a Justice soul, but!! that doesn't mean they're motherly with a side of righteousness. SI!Toriel's personality is crass, straightforward, a bit heavy handed towards active threats, but lives by their principles of never killing anyone.
I haven't thought of how everything would go, but their dynamic with Frisk and Sans is basically:
SI!Toriel: When I turn around, I better not hear any of yall fuckin threatening each other. Also Frisk, don't repeat the F word.
SI!Toriel: *turns around*
Frisk: *mimes slitting their throat with their thumb*
Sans: *pointing a finger at Frisk then doing a thumbs down*
So far throughout the trek in both the Ruins and Snowdin, SI!Toriel never really got into a serious fight that requires them into putting more effort. That is, until they encounter Undyne.
Undyne: I'm gonna kill that human.
SI!Toriel (turns towards Frisk): Observe as I beat her ass to the ground and spare her afterwards. This is a lesson you better ingrain to your head.
Undyne: ?!?!?!
And lastly for Asgore:
SI!Toriel: Damn. Straight to child murder.
Asgore:
SI!Toriel: Didn't even think to put the kids in prison as a life sentence. Just straight up murder. What the fuck.
