best moment while watching shadow and bone with hubs this week was seeing his brain spin out with ideas when Jesper took down Ivan in the big laundry room and Ivan said “you’re a—“ before being knocked out.

CPD prompt if you're feeling it: jay takes erin to the er for some dizziness but it turns out she is pregnant. Erin is Will's patient and he is first to realise from some just-to-be-safe blood tests that she is pregnant. Will finds erin alone for a sec and tells her only. Erin decides to tell jay immediately. Halstead bros hug it out.

at the end of s8 of my stargate rewatch and the details are kinda fuzzy, especially on Threads

- Sam asking Jacob about Pete, and how she hesitated when he said he just wants her to be happy

- Sam questioning her decisions when faced with Pete having bought a house for them and the wedding coming fast

- Sam going to see Jack, having the truth on the tip of her tongue, putting years of buried feelings on the line, just for the CIA lady to waltz out of the house and the call to come about her dad

- Jacob on his death bed, just wanting to know she’ll be happy ... and not to let rules stand in the way. Telling her she can still have everything that she wants.

- The CIA lady breaking up with Jack later, and asking if it was just the rules and regs keeping them apart, which was a mistake on his part ... and why he didn’t just retire to make it work

- Jack, not seeming to skip a beat, going to sit with Sam in the observation room, right by her side to support her

“Come here.” Him putting an arm around her shoulders.

Her, taking his hand without hesitating, holding it by her cheek and rubbing her thumb across it. “Thank you, sir. For being here for me.”

Him, softly, looking at her. “Always.”

- conclusion: it’s 1am and I’m frigging bawling, people

Unfortunately, I’m no longer taking requests and haven’t been for, well, about a year now. It started with a major life change and now is more that I’m just out of practice and don’t even work on my original writing, let alone fanfiction. Not to mention I’m about a season behind on CPD, but details.

I’m looking forward to getting back in a few months and seeing where they went with CPD and how it went over with the fandom.

I love your fics esp because I'm a huge Linstead fan. Can I request a ficlet about pre CPD Jay? I'm really curious about what happened in Landigal with the kid and what really happened that Mouse had to drag Jay home but obviously the writers aren't gonna reveal everything so quickly....

I’m actually not taking requests anymore because I’m two days out from a massive hiatus and still have the last two headcanon requests to fill. 

But! I drabbled this blurb here after someone sent me an ask that might fit what you’re looking for. Pre CPD Jay, featuring Mouse, after they got back, but not exploring the cause much at all.
