I had an amazing time in Nevada over the weekend! My best friend and I road-tripped up there with both birds and our two dogs to go hawking with a group of goshawk falconers. We loved the beautiful landscape, got to play in the snow, saw lots of cool flights with Siberian goshawks, attended an “Eagles and Agriculture” educational/fundraising event with the prairie falcon, and got a behind-the-scenes look at two well-known raptor breeding facilities. And Kai did amazing as well! I flew him both days for a total of 3 rabbits caught. I couldn’t be happier! Real photos to come when my friend finishes editing
