             This year has been a tough one to say the least, haha. It’s been like a constant roller coaster ride with a stomach full of pop. I’m sure we all got a little worn out && tired of all the drama && heartbreak && sadness that seemed to follow us through 2016. So much happened && it was so overwhelming! But 2017 is right around the corner, && in just a few hours a new year will be given to us. This is a time to reflect && think about everything that we have been through so far. It’s time to start anew. This year is going to be so much better for all of us-- I’m sure of it. So lift your heads && say hello to a great fucking year.

             I also want to say thank you. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for all of you. You guys honestly make my life so much better && you’ve helped me through such a difficult time in my life. I don’t know how I would have made it through this year if it wasn’t for the people I have met. Having these daily interactions with everyone has made everything so much more bearable. I’m laughing more && more every day. I’m smiling more && more. I look forward to seeing your replies && hearing that little ding of my notifications going off. I can’t say thank you enough for that. Whenever I think of all the friends I’ve made, I start to feel like I’ve ate the sun. So thank you. A thousand times over: Thank you.

It feels like so much should have changed in that time, but it really hasn’t, has it? We’re still the same crazy little lunatics running around causing havoc whenever we’re together. in  his  hand  is  a  hair  pin  with  hanging  crystals  that  were  meant   to  symbolize  the  cosmology.  without  hesitation,   the  hero  places  the  rare  item  in  her  already  beautifully  styled  updo.  for the king,    he  learns  of  possible  allies  in  neighboring  worlds,  and  eorzea  also  suffers  the  horrors  of  the  imperial  army.   his  stop  in  uldah  was  strictly  business  until  spotting  a  precious  gift  for  the  princess.

marriage.  i  believe  nyx  ulric  holds  the  biggest  heart  for  a  job  that  requires  the  servant  to  be  heartless.   given  that  lunafreya  is  royalty,  he  would  feel  extremely  intimated  to  ask  for  her  hand  in  marriage      let  alone  out  for  dinner  in  the  city.   although  he  does  have  a  soft  spot  for  innocence,  i  definitely  think  he’d  take  extra  good  care  of  luna-  would  protect  her  like   the   lucian  crystal.   (  not  that  noctis  wouldn’t,   nyx  is  just  a  little  more  upfront  with  cherishing  people  and  expressing  it  in  unique  ways. )

marriage  would  frighten  him  because  he  comes  from  a  poor  family.  weddings  in  galahd  weren’t  about  possessions  and  money  spent  to  entertain,  they  found  their  own  ways  to  make  the  moment  special.    it’s  all  about  memories.    (  and  we  learned  from  kingsglaive  that  nyx  is  especially  fond  of  memories,  just  as  luna.  )

nyx  would  marry  luna  if  only  lucis  and  niflheim  weren’t  at  war        &  if  she  wasn’t  destined  to  wed  king  caelum’s  son,  noctis.   out  of  respect,  he  wouldn’t  want  to  disturb  the  wishes  of  king  regis,  since  he  has  a  old  bond  of  luna  since  childhood.   he  would  want  her  to  be  sure  she  wasn’t  marrying  for  the  sake  of  peace.

no  doubt,  he  has  feelings  for  her.  respects  every  aspect  of  the  oracle for  sacrificing  her  life  for  the  world  just  as  he.  it  didn’t  really  hit  him  until  she  embarrassed  nyx  at  the  treaty  party  before  destruction  ensued.   (  being  treated  like  an  equal.  )   the  high  and  mighty  princess  turned  out  to be  a  beacon  of  hope.   but  alas,  he  is  a   just  a  bodyguard  that  was  only  temporarily  worthy  of  the  lucii  ring        not  the  princess’s  heart.

she  plans  on  dying  in  a  city  that  never  sleeps.     where  darkness  shrouds,  nyx  turns  a  cold  touch  into  one  bridled  with  comfort.     lunafreya  was  born  into  burden,  blessed  by  deities  to  protect  a  bloodline  ;  nyx  ulric  was  just  a  over-glorified  mutt  picked  from  the  streets  of  galahd  whilst  the  world  all  around  crumbled.

“  luna.   i  can’t.  this  wasn’t  meant  for  me.    i  have  my  own  duties          ”     all  around  are  daemons,     and  the  diamond  weapons  approach  from  a  fleet  of  airships.   niflheim  was  and  always  will  be  the  root  of  all  evil.     galahd  burnt  to  ashes,  his  little  sister  wiped  from  existence  right  before  his  own  eyes.    there  was  blood,     but  only  as  long  the  hellfire  allowed.    with  the lucii  ring  gleaming  in  his  palm  that  normally  held  warp  attributed  daggers,    nyx  contemplated  an  alternative  to  change  the  oracle’s  fate.        “    as   long   as  i  am  breathing        i  will  keep  you  safe  .”
