Stuck in hospital😥
So ive been in the hospital since Friday night. And ill be here for a couple more days at least. Apparently ive had a partially collapsed lung and fluid on both lungs for quite some time now. But all my vitals were normal, just difficulty breathing. (See 1st pic)
They drained fluid off of the right side on Saturday took 800ml. More came back, but the collapse was gone(yay).
Monday afternoon they put in a tube on right side that will stay until all fluid is gone and my bodys not making more (See 2nd pic).
2 liters came out immediately, but the collapse was back. And caused immediate breathing problems, fortunately they took care of my breathing!
Im doing okay, the tube area does hurts a bit when i move. Im just so glad that i finally have drs that are willing to listen to, help, and believe me.
The drs here have narrowed down alot of possible causes. Done lots of tests. They believe its from and autoimmune disease probably lupus. I've been arguing with other drs this year because they didn't think i have an autoimmune disease. It takes something like this to happen, for some drs to believe you are really sick. Just because i don't "look or act sick".
I'm ready for all this to be over and go home to my Daddy @baby-dom, and our cats. Just want to not be sick anymore.
I have COVID again.... which sucks.
I'll be around but sporadically because I'm hella fatigued and feel like napping constantly
Love you all
Hospital Stay
*UPDATE* 9-19-19*
They are not putting the other tube in, have decided i will be getting the bigger surgery tomorrow morning. This will fix the collapse in my lung. Also take a biopsy of lung and chest tissue, to find what is causing the fluid. Because all the tests they have done are negative, so they don't know what it is. The drs says i probably won't be able to work and will be in a lot of pain for 4-6months. I truly hope its not that long!
