NEWS: SICKFIST CLENCH UP FOR THE MASSACRE
Having unleashed their debut album 'Adrifft' with a huge hometown launch party two weeks back, Colchester-based metal titans Sickfist are limbering up to milk it further with an 'Album Celebration Party' at St Jude's Tavern's Massacre Metal Night in Ipswich tonight (Friday, 3rd November). Discussing the decision to have two launch parties, the band explained, "We actually released 'Adrifft' on the 21st October, but loads of friends from Ipswich couldn't make it so we decided to celebrate the release again! The album was entirely home recorded by our very own (guitarist) Max Mayes who also mixed and produced it. It's 8 tracks of riff heavy, groovy as hell stoner rock and the download includes a version of Blue Oyster Cult's 'Godzilla'."
