The look of frustration that Clovis Devilbunny is giving me because I finally accepted that maybe, just maybe, the reason I’ve been having more migraines is due to stress.
I had horrible acid reflux last night and have spent today coughing hard enough to make my back spasm. Plus I can feel a looming migraine.
Please tell me nice things going on with you or things you’re looking forward to. I want to experience vicarious joy to distract myself.
Oh yay, the migraine has let up just enough that my brain is listing all the projects I *could* be doing. Because that’s helpful.
Thank you for sharing happy things with me! They really did help me feel better. And I do feel a lot better today, which means I can Get Some Things Done. But I will be very mindful of what my energy levels are so I don’t push myself into feeling awful again.
Seriously, thank you, all of you. 🖤🖤🖤
I am very tired (insomnia last night), still have a migraine hangover, and whiny. So I'm crowdsourcing medical research info:
Anyone have links to a good list and/or examples of a low-histamine meal plan?
Are there any good food diary iOS apps that don't focus on amount or calories? Historically, tracking my food intake is a fast path into relapsing into really disordered thinking and relationships with food.
Why yes, things have been happening that made me realize I need to figure out if I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Of course, the problem is that so many chronic illnesses have overlapping symptoms, so who knows what may be going on, and of course in this dystopian hellscape we all live in, people have to be their own medical researcher and advocate.
