Hear me out

You know how the US makes criminals pick up trash on the side of the road?

We should make rich people do it instead

Like pass 1 mil and now every weekend you have to go out there

And if they don't take 3 hours a week the public gets to vote to take all their money and liquidate their assets and give all the money to charity

It would also encourage them to invest in better waste management so they don't have to touch as much trash

And their whole family has to do it(that are like 16+) if a single one skips they could loose all the money for the whole family (they can get excused if they have a doctors note but can't skip more then 6 times a year for adults and 20 for kids unless proven too disabled to do it like having a wheelchair or something)
