not gonna lie, i’ve seriously toyed with the idea of getting my feet wet in Unity or something once i finish work on u2o2

working on u2o2 has been a blast, but fun doesn’t pay the bills, so i’d like to make a game without copyrighted assets in the future so that i could monetize the work

sanaki being it in the first place is though? i had to ask whose sibling she was and that’s when i found out that twist. she even mentions she’s a little sister. so if they were gonna put her in at all may as well have given us micaiah tbh

You thought Uprisings controls were shit? I personally thought it was interesting at least. Though playing it for a while made my hand cramp.

playing it left-handed on a 3DS XL (i.e. before the analog nipple) was one of the most unpleasant experiences i’ve ever had with a game

it’s a shame, because it’s an absolutely wonderful game in every way except for the fact that it’s physically painful to play it for more than four or five minutes

i’d love for it to get a switch remake, A) because it’d look gorgeous and B) because the lack of a stylus would mean that they’d have to come up with a new control scheme that doesn’t contort your hand into a cirque du soleil performance

Faye's and Catria's supports can be them realizing they don't need that main lord booty and instead get each others. (Is it confirmed they have supports yet? if they don't I'm flipping a table. Then I'm expecting you guys would make another hack to fix this lol.)

Alm and Celica are "forced" for story reasons. But yea making another Cordelia leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Hopefully it's not like all her supports are about how much she thirsts for Alm like how it was for Cordelia and Chrom.

i mean they wrote the story so it’s not like it was unavoidable. but yeah given IS’s past track record i’m not very confident they didn’t introduce her just for that purpose

I think the Switch has a lot more lined up than just Zelda and the Wii Play thing when it comes to Launch titles, they're just not talking a lot about them. Then again I guess most of them are just ports -shrug-

This was supposed to be the event made to sell people on the Switch as a console and ensure that the launch went well - if there were any original titles that they intended to release at launch, it would make sense to announce them now during the initial blitz of publicity rather than unceremoniously announcing them a couple of weeks before launch. It’s looking like the only original launch titles for the Switch will be Zelda and 1-2-Switch, but it’ll be launching with a fair few enhanced ports of older titles (Mario Kart 8, Skyrim, Street Fighter 2) and its first-year lineup looks pretty extensive. I don’t think it’s gonna be a situation like the Wii U where it took like a year and a half for it to have more than two or three notable exclusives, but I think that it’ll take a few months to pick up steam before it becomes worth the price tag.
