extremely brave and he has no shame in saying it which is so inspiring
exactly! part of the huge battle with mental health in Ireland is the stigma and embarrassment around talking about it. Like he talked about the fear of being judged, and how he built himself up so much to do it and then couldn't. it's such a fucking massive issue in this country and hearing him speak so honestly has made my night (thank you a thousand times for posting this video ruth)
