C’mon @mountaindew ... I’m calling shenanigans on this “new flavor.” I thought the description and name sounded familiar but I had to taste it anyway. I was stumped for a moment but was certain I had tasted this before then it hit me....Slice. Yep, Slice was a line of fruit-flavored soft drinks manufactured by PepsiCo and introduced in 1984 and discontinued in the early or mid-2010s. Which also shares the same flavoring with Sierra Mist which was introduced in 1999 and later discontinued in 2016. I guess 3rd times a charm. This actually isn’t a new flavor it’s a recycled flavor with a new label. The previous 2 versions were rivals to Sprite (Coca-Cola) during the same time period.
