I made sietan for the first time last night. My second use, quickly following sietan hash, was sundried tomato basil sietan sausage pasta. I didn't have fresh basil so I used dried and subbed with fresh parsley. I used some white zindafel wine someone left in my fridge, and regular salt instead of Himalayan and garlic salt instead of garlic. Well I think you get the point. I made the poor version of the delicious recipe above.
