This was going to be a free ebook. At the time it seemed like the best way to collate the last three years of experimentation with shoaling. But as it rolled around and around in my mind, ebook delivery -something I am a massive fan of- began to represent what Seth Godin would call the end of a discussion rather than its beginning.
