learning to be productive while working with adhd is mentally exhausting. i speed through and everything then i get overwhelmed because i overworked myself. as a result of me overworking myself, i take a break and feel guilty and depressed for resting because i feel unproductive.

everyday, i’m learning ways to overcome this problem. i know i will have a lot of restart days, but i will never stop trying. to all my peeps that struggle with this issue, you’re not alone and you’ll find a method that works for you.
