@lovecorey
silas meant to find corey again over a week ago, but he just didn't have the time. the cookies he left him... had worked out quite well, so he was grateful for that & well, the fact he checked in on him in the first place - if not in person, which honestly was just the way he preferred it. he was pushing himself to socialize, but he'd lie if he claimed he wasn't struggling. he wanted to feel like he was part of this family they built here. he did. so he kept trying. maybe it'd get easier one day. lean on others, child of strength. silas remembered the lesson & he tried.
it was two days since none other than atlas had ..well, he went there, so he couldn't call it kidnapping, could he? but when he came back, he noticed eyes on him instantly only to find out that whatever he did there... had messed with his hair. he didn't know if it was permanent.. or not, but damnit. why the hell was he graying suddenly? & it was such a strange pattern, too. he saw corey walk by & knew now was going to be his best shot. "corey! behind ya. hey, ...hi. you uh, got a moment?"
