Shiet man, that’s a tough one... it’s gotta be Allen from D.gray man,Tamaki from Ouran, Munto form Munto anime, Konata from Lucky star and Shinji from EVA. 

21. anime that made you cry, when?

Not a lot of animes have made me cry, but FMA (from so many scenes) Ouran highschool Host club (the ending when Haruhi goes after Tamaki.) Clannad. (SO MANY SCENES YET AGAIN) 

28. most upsetting moment in anime, why

Well that has to be when Ed and Al try to resurrect their mother, and then fail. The reason why is because of how desperate Ed was, and the sad look he had in his face when he failed to bring back his mother, and lost his brother.
