My friend learned I did this all with a finger on my phone, she thought I had a stylus.
I think what make a story interesting is when the main characters and villains fail and win. I love it when the protagonist is broken down into a shell from agonizing failures or wins fights or conflicts for when it's for someone other than themself and loses fights for themselves. I love it when villains have smaller to bigger wins, but even more drastic failures even if the antagonist doesn't see it. The drastic failures can be subtle and slow for both characters.
