Rose's eyes are unfocused and distant as if she's trying to recall something that happened long, long ago. The tip of her sneakers scuff up the dirt. Roxy looks over her quietly, not daring to disturb her.

"You always said you were proud of me."

There's a lingering pause. Roxy eyes Rose inquisitively.

"I mean." continues Rose "Not you. My mother."

Roxy nods, signifying she knew what she meant all along. Rose shuffles her feet, kicking up more dust and getting dirt on her blue ballet slippers. 

"She said it so often...It felt fake."

She looks up at Roxy, who nods again. She understands without any further explication. Rose lets her gaze drop once more.

"But you miss it."

She looks up at Roxy, who has let her hood down and pushed her bandanna up, Roxy who's smiling but it doesn't reach her eyes, watery, make up smudging at the corners. Rose goes quiet and looks back down.

There's another long pause, long enough for Rose to imagine herself fleeing and never returning, but soon Roxy's hands grasp her face and tilt her head up. Panic flares up inside Rose when she sees Roxy's expression but falters as soon as her lips touch her forehead.

"I'm proud of you. I really am."

3. MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT?

Oh gosh, okay this may be a long story... So there was this guy that I had the biggest crush on for the longest time omg.  And things happened and whatever, and i ended up really not liking him after he basically made my friend cry.  And he knew that I (used to) like him, so that's super awks, and so one day I went to the park that super close to his house to do my HOMEWORK outside 'cause it was getting stuffy in my house.  I climbed a tree and started doing my homework.  Now, it was a particularly windy day, and i guess the tree wasn't the sturdiest so it started swaying, and i clung onto that tree for dear life,  Luckily I didn't fall off, so I climbed back down and of course, who do you think saw what happened.  Yeah, he did, and this girl who also had a crush on him was also with him at the time and saw my lovely tree-hugging as well.  He was like.  "Oh, hi there, whatcha doing?" "Um...I was doing homework..." "In a tree?" "........yeah....." I bolted out of there lol.  And that was actually more so awkward than embarrassing OTL

4. WHEN WAS YOUR BLOG CREATED?

According to my archive, my first post was on March 7, 2012.  But I went on hiatus for the longest time until January this year~ then I became super involved in the whole tumblr scheme haha.  kneehighspocks is the one who recommended tumblr to me!  (she's into merlin, sherlock, Night Vale, SUpernatural, and Star Trek sorta stuff~)

5. WHO ON TUMBLR DO YOU TALK TO THE MOST?

Probably Silent-Bluejay (y'all should check her out~ she's into dangan ronpa, Free!, and dynasty warriors~)  But outside of tumblr, (along with silent-bluejay) I also talk to Cheriji a lot! (she's my senpai and super kawaii~~~ lol)

6. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO IN THE FUTURE?

Well as of now I'm in the stage of preparing for college!  Yay... darn SAT/ACT things merp  So I plan to major in International relations and eventually maybe work at the UN or something but I really want to travel a lot (I already have traveled a good amount with my family but there are still places that i'm dying to visit!) 

7. FAVOURITE BAND?

Ooh, that's hard.  See, my iPod is a mishmosh of ECLECTIC songs from various artists, so i don't have a lot of songs by one particular band, but bands/singers that I do like include: OneRepublic, Coldplay, Sara Bareilles, SISTAR, f(x), and cn blue~

8. TEA OF COFFEE?

Ooh, probably tea~ But when I do drink coffee it's more like milk + Sugar with coffee flavoring lol

9. WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF?

I like how I'm a good listener and a lot of people come to me for advice.  I also like how I'm dedicated to things I set my mind on despite how I procrastinate like a pro.

So far it's been good~  the weather is lovely outside :)
