   WHY--this didn’t look like ITS BOY! He was too tall, his hair was too shaggy, and he smelled funny! The winged beast SNORTED, shooting its head upwards in shock at this discovery. Humans often looked similar, they stood on two legs and made strange sounds. But this one was oddly quiet, he didn’t scream in terror, or yell in anger, and that warranted a free-willed Trico’s calm demeanor.

    Of course, there was still the matter of finding its boy. Trico lowered its head slowly, dark eyes staring intently on the not-as-small human figure. It whined, and poked its nose anxiously. Will he take it to its boy? // @silentisms​ !!

          camp fire crackles lightly, bringing the warriors attention back to light  ( being consumed by thoughts, distracted, is far from smart, but he can’t help it at times. )  &&, slowly gliding over, to the encountered ... someone. it’s definitely something, he thinks, that he can’t call this person a stranger. not exactly, at least ; an incarnation of the heroic spirit from another time  &&  place. when it’s yourself, in a way,  &&  seemingly closer in age, its not so easy to brush off.           they sit in camp, meat cooking over the fire, one piece stuck through on a skewer taken from its place, offered over  ( albeit awkwardly. )

i haven’t spoken or written with them yet, but distant over @silentisms is such a joy to see on my dash!! i absolutely adore their take on link as well as their writing style. it’s so beautifully expressive!! keep up the wonderful work, hon!

      GOLDEN eyes glanced around as he finished sniffing the air, looking for signs of ANY ROTTING FLESH. A breath of relief escaped him once he was CERTAIN their temporary residence was free of the living dead. The former prince stepped back to Link, giving a toothy grin to his friend. 

      “ We are safe from those creatures for now. Finally, you can rest. Are you alright? ”

Someone turns the lights on. It'd bother him less, he thinks, if it weren’t the first time in a few thousands years.

The stink of mold and worn stucco is nostalgic, even if the place he’s woken in seems unfamiliar. It isn’t unusual for things to change. He comes to slowly, senses flipping on one after the other like the rhythmic manual switches of old Sheikah circuits. Last is a sense of space—he unfurls each wing, a thousand years of stiffness rolling off as he tests them against the air.

And notices he isn’t alone.

            “...For as much as things change, they do stay the same, don’t they?”

Do I Follow Them?: hell ye

Why Did I Follow Them?: because I have known them for a good while now and their writing style is easily one of my favorites. I also really like the way they go about writing Link and I think the way they work with his selective mutism is brilliant ! and also because I like knowing they’re still around because I lost track of them for a few months over the last year or so

Do We Role Play?: yesss, we don’t have much going atm especially compared to what we were slowly building when Lucina was their main muse but we’ll get back there eventually maybe

Do I Want To Role Play With Them: definitely

An AU Idea For Our Muses: I really like their idea of an AU in which Link is Marth’s appointed knight like… yes

A Song For Our Muses: ask me this when we’ve interacted a little more (or if you want a Marth/Lucina one then definitely this)

Do I Ship Our Muses?: nah

What I Think About The Mun: they’re super cool ! they really helped me get involved in the community when I first made Marth, helped me fight off my first anon hate and get over my anxiety regarding my second language handicap… they also really bring out the best in me when it comes to writing more often than not and I appreciate that

Overall Opinion: they’re hella tbh and their blog looks super good too and they have fancy smart tags and they’re just the real deal all around ok if there is any room in your heart for botw Link (and there should be) then you should check them out

Ravio got them into trouble, why wasn't he surprised? The coward always had a habit of doing this, going to places he shouldn't or running away at the wrong moment and leaving Sheik to handle the hoard of enemies. Well this time, whatever they were fighting, had some odd powers and for a brief moment after he was abandoned to fight it—he blacked out. Hit wrong, thrown against a wall to hard, whatever happened made him completely black out and he wasn't even sure for how long. One minute he was out and the next Sheik was being shaken awake in a very cold place.

Where they were fighting was hot, on fire even, so to wake up in the complete cold and being shaken set his nerves alive—almost electrically. His body came back to slow to react though, the Sheikah's head spinning as he tried to get a grip on events. Ravio—he'd be dead without Sheik and that thought was a little unnerving. Lorule needed the 'hero' even though he was far from being one right now.

With a bit of effect he opened his eyes and looked up at the person who was shaking him, their worried face reflecting the very person he was just thinking of. For a second he would have even thought it was Ravio—but no, their hair was blond and eyes the bluest he had ever seen. Not Ravio, then. “Please stop shaking me.. I'm not dead.”
