final count is in it seems - eight kits from raszagal! there were 11 born, but three didn’t make it.
she had a hard time with these. first off, they’re a day early, and most of them were born on top of the nest with no fur, but all but the three were still alive and warmed up just fine. she also didn’t birth them all at the same time, so i’m guessing she got a little too fat over her breeding break. hopefully it won’t be an issue again.
