Stripped of the melancholy of being separated from his friends is gone, and Pentious is filled with glee as he thanks the other Angels, his wings freely fluttering for the first time.

The tall, strange Winner that captures him into a fleshy display of affection catches him off guard, and he awkwardly pats the woman's shoulder once released from her sweet-scented kiss.

"Oh- oh, well, thank you, my lady, it was nothing, really. Just a bit of diploma engineering, that's all-" he laughs, though his ramble is cut short when he gets a good glimpse of the girl's face.

ohh this is hard, there are so many incredible writers on here! @ahelluvahigh is fantastic and has made me borderline WEEP with their tyco, as well as making me feel soft for him and angel, and, of course, laugh about their glee shenanigans. if you can hit angst, fluff and humour, you have my heart as a writer.

I've made such AMAZING friends on here! @hazbinned is my ride or die. our writing, yapping, and brainrot dm screenshots make me INSANE in the best way. our valangel is my roman empire. @sirserpentine is my beloved bestie and not only an absolutely darling sir pentious, but someone I have had the pleasure of meeting irl AND will be seeing again soon in a week and a half!! @lusturia and I just CLICKED and I'm so happy we have become friends this year, such a unique yet canon take on val and your writing EATS! im FERAL for our plots. @top-shelf-tender was the reason I joined the rp community! my first rp friend and writes a sweet angel of a husk - soft mun, soft muse! and @silksindicate I met through devon and ALSO MET IRL!! and bitch u better get ur ass back to scotland STAT so we can hang out and yap about our spider twins and drink buckets of tea.

threads where I can be creative with language and imagery and convey emotion in a deep way are always the ones I'm the most proud of. however, I've come to appreciate writing comedy and humorous exchanges a lot more since writing angel and it's something I've gotten complimented on, which is such a nice feeling since I've always felt like I'm not particularly funny! but I've come to realise that if I'm laughing while writing angel, other people will probably laugh reading it >:)

You already know I think you’re phenomenal and wonderful and hecken fabulous. Talking to you is one of the absolute highlights of my day and sobbing in our dressing gowns instead of sleeping, although HIGHLY discouraged by Molly, has been such a comfort. You pour so much love into Angel (heh) and it’s easy to see which makes it really easy to squish our muses into scenarios no matter how angsty, how wholesome, how Italian. I love roleplaying with you. I love plotting with you. I love just getting to love these spiders with you. Whether it’s making dumbass memes at 5am or ripping our souls out over long lost bonds - I will forever be grateful to you for convincing me to join this community and for sharing a piece of your portrayal of Angie because he’s just so lovely to love.
