Hamid and Grizzop plushies are... finished? At least until I have another idea and change them. I really didn’t like Grizzop’s armor, so I switched it for a sash. Well, I tried other armor but it was still too bulky and then I did the sash.

Hamid is a little dragon boy. The cape is unnecessarily complicated, but that’s fine. :) I had to resist adding more try and beads to him.

Azu is next! I’m a little limited on my fabric choices, but I think I know what I can do for her. I might have to wait on the rest until I go back home (where I have a much better collection of cottons including specific ones for doll bases. And more yarn colors for hair.)

My mom left her Apple Watch with me (apparently the battery life was a deal-breaker on her long shifts)... I gotta admit it's kinda charming. I've always wanted to play with WatchKit - now to find something to build 🤔

The Flashiest of Flowers!

A friend of mine ordered some beautiful Lego roses and assembled them back in February. I love the idea of having flowers on the table I keep in the Buggy Room. However, flowers wither and die. 😕

After some searching, I found an off-brand of "Lego" roses that were the perfect fit. 🥹

On the first day, Buggy and I put the vase together, which has a fun vintage vibe. Not going to lie, I wanted to chuck the vase a few times while assembling it. 😅

The next day, we tackled the roses. Each one was pretty much rinse and repeat, minus the stem. 🌹

It is now April, and we should really make a point to get the filler flowers done. 😅 My right arm has just been causing me grief, and being hunched over "Lego" parts only makes said pain worse. 😞

Even without the filler, it's a gorgeous set. 💙 I love the fact that the vase lights up. The instructions, for whatever reason, left some of the small white decorative pieces off the vase. I've since added those where they belong. 😺

On Saturday, I said, "Heck with it, the flower vase will be completed today!" After much blood, sweat, and tears, it's now done! 🎉

Tea-ver

I want to make TSW tea blends but the trouble with me is I'm a conceptual person equal to or sometimes more than a flavor-driven person.  So for example, I made a tea blend for a character of mine which provoked the response of "disgusting, but it actually really really suits him." (Not the Taiver tea, another character's tea.  Friends actually seem to like the Taiver blend.)

I'd prefer to make teas that are conceptually fitting AND tasty?  Ugh should I do it anyway?

(Also, before my subject line leads to improper pronunciations, TAI (sounds like tie or thai or the tai in Taiwan) and VER (like, well, how it's spelled. Ver as in version). Stress on the first syllable.)
