I think i peaked at being a DM yesterday. Or at least running the game of D&D while still holding some plot.
One of the most fun sessions i have ever ran, 3 small people and their cat (who is taller than them) win a 4v4v4v4v4v4v4v4v4v4 with 19/36 kills.
#dnd#holly bucket#buurul#silver dusk#bingo (the cat)#i had to monitor 36 background npcs with rolls and make sure that they were all actually existing physically in the game#i used a tool + discord whiteboard for an interactive map with icons and resources so players could manage themselves more effectively#i had to add people to pre existing initiative rolls in fights with about 12 people at once#there was a lot going on but it was very very fun
