29 For traditional artists: How do you usually start on a big piece? (Light sketch, colored lead, sketchpaper, etc)

I kinda just go all gung ho and sketch on the good paper (oh how much I’ve wasted over the years 3 ) with a regular .5 lead pencil and keep refining it til I like it, erase with a kneaded eraser and go from there 

30 What inspires you to not just make art, but to be a better artist?

it’s all I can do lolol I never tried to be better at anything else so art is all I’ve got to work with so I might as well do my best to try and be the best artist I can be right???? idk if that’s a proper answer or not but it’s all I’ve got

18. What are you currently trying to improve on?

environments and objects, I have never successfully found /my style/ for shit like furniture, plants and junk and I want to do that so my characters actually have spaces where it feels like they belong

6. What’s your least favorite thing to draw?

I don’t really know?? lolol I’m slowly growing out of my hate for flowers so maybe buildings and perspective???

5 Things that make me Happy

5 things that make me the most happy (in no particular order):

1.) Doodling, doodling, doodling >w< 2.) Listening to music. Can’t go without music. I need it.

3.) Watching Let’s Plays/Walkthroughs of my favourite nostalgic games or playing said games myself even.

4.) Actually surviving a day with a lot of social interaction, without stress and anxiety or depressing thoughts, not feeling like I fuck up everything, no randomly bursting out crying and actually not feeling utterly exhausted by the end of the day. No tummy aches or headaches either pls. Just happiness ;v;

5.) Making other people happy. It actually does a lot for me to hear that I brightened up someone’s day. I thrive on it ahaha... ;v;

Honorable mention : My OCs uvu especially Ace, but don’t tell Dove...
