"Yes, it’s a date—how long has it been since we last went on an official one, anyway?" Mike answered her through the phone, letting out a small chuckle. "Don’t even worry about making it home on time; I’ll pick you up from work and all."

"I didn’t know you felt that way…"

"Of course I do," Mike choked on his reply, avoiding to look at his wife as he attempted not to cry, blinking repeatedly to do so. "Look, Allison--" he started, swallowing thickly and finally daring to glance up at the girl. "Only because I don't show it, it doesn't mean I'm not hurting. I am hurting, probably more than you think and--" Mike forced himself to stop, seeing as he was on the verge of tears again, and he sighed deeply. "You know I've wanted to have a baby for as long as you have, Allie, but I feel like I need to be strong. I feel like I need to swallow my sadness and forget the fact that I'm miserable and just wake up every morning and force a smile on my face even if it's just to make you smile, because if there's something that hurts me even more than my own pain, it's yours."

By the time he finished a couple tears had already rolled down his cheeks, but he was quick to wipe them out. "It's just--sometimes it gets so hard, because I feel like we're never going to be completely happy if we don't get to have our own baby, and--and I'm also terrified that you won't want to be with me anymore if it's only gonna be the two of us, and--just--please, don't leave me, please," he nearly whimpered, hurriedly grabbing her both hands and looking at her in the eye.

Allison looks up at the Mistletoe that's hanging outside on the Bistro's hanging plant holder, and then she looks at Jeremy, then down at herself. It's cold, and she's wearing the meatball costume. She leans up and kisses his lips quickly, trying not to knock him over with the huge costume. "Now you can say you've been kissed by a meatball." she spoke, trying to hide her giggling.

             “—— can finally scratch that off of my bucketlist.”

For once Allison had come over and Ben was sleeping, instead of her being in his bed asleep. Walking in, she quietly made her way over to him, kneeling in front of him. She then leaned to gently mouth down his throat, placing kisses on his skin.

     [ it was a peaceful sleep, one Ben rarely had. He was dreaming of tacos, because he was hungry and Ben loved tacos. It was then he began to leave that lucid dream mode and come into consciousness- due to something outside his taco dream. His eyes squinted open, searching for the reason of awakening          A smirk formed as his eyes settled on the female, a chuckle passing partly open lips ]

        "That's one way to wake me up."

"You mean everything to me."
