If you're having trouble focusing because of distractions (like tumblr) I would recommend downloading self control (it blocks sites for a certain amount of time). It'll force you to do work. And for your phone there are inexpensive productivity apps you could try. Best of luck!
Today’s procrastination was mainly due to lack of sleep (which tends to make me unmotivated and incapable of doing anything requiring actual thinking).
But I’ll look up that app. Tumblr/twitter certainly doesn’t help when I’m in a particularly unmotivated/distracted mood.
I totally agree with the post about getting a tongue piercing. I wanted one but my dad thought it was "too sexual" so I couldn't get one. I was like "really? -.-"

So, things will change for you, but perhaps not for the better. 4 of swords reversed signals disruption, probably because of you switching paths. You got the Tower reversed, which means an avoidable disaster - but disaster might be too harsh a word to use in this case. You will have to get used to some aspect of your path and it will be uncomfortable for you, but it will be better for you in the long run - the Tower is rebuilt, after all! Lastly, you got 10 of swords reversed, meaning you will have to let go of something from your old ways in order to fit more comfortably with your new way. It might not be obvious what it is at first, but when you identify it you can’t ignore it for long just to avoid disappointments.
It seems like the next bit will be a transitional time for you, and that transition will be difficult, but you will rise again even stronger :)
