Healthy coping methods:

-distraction isn't a bad thing. Actively ruminating on your shit is not lovely and will hurt more in the long run. Just try to forget for a little while doing things you like

-yoga is actually really fucking hard and anyone who automatically discounts it for mental health has never done a 45 int. power session. You break all ur wrists but it's lit af. Otherwise just going for an evening walk is valid as hell

-say it out loud. To yourself or someone else doesn't matter. Talking it through forces your brain to organize and process. Get to the roots of what you're feeling

-write it down. Track ya moods. What makes you feel better or worse? Recognize yourself

Just finished a procrastination speedrun of Zelda breath of the wild (aka got the master sword, did the beasts, sprinted naked into the castle) 😩😩😩 what a gorgeous storyline and world, absolutely.... breathtaking lol
