Silverstone museum adventures part 2: driver signatures for the gp 1981
JENSON BUTTON LOML
my poor family had to watch me jump around whenever i saw his name mentioned in the museum then i found his CAR 💕💕💕
going through some random photos of trips...here's one from silverstone November last year.
5 gold stars won by James Hunt, champion 1976
There wasn't much information about these around it at all so I assumed it was something he got extra for winning the championship?
I keep trying to find more bits and bobs out.
Anway...silverstone museum was amazing and I hope to go again this year.
Today is my birthday! And I got to go and see some cool cars in silverstone. There were new ones this time around, including this beauty! 🥰
Lewis, Michael and Jackie's helmets that I saw on my two trips to silverstone over the last few years.
Lewis's race suit looked tiny to me! Tbh so did the one I saw of George's and that kid* is supposed to be quite tall!
I say kid...he's in his 20s but anyone below 30 is adoptable to me 😅
Planning to try another silverstone trip in the summer to look at some classic f1 cars and some cool bit and bobs. They have all sorts of fun stuff and interactive bits. Definitely worth a look.
I like a good list.....
