Duncan once burned a male alive to protect her.

Like many of Duncan’s partners they are not mates but they are good friends and still do sleep with each other on occasion.

Saffron: she is a kind, fun-loving, cheerful female. She was one of the younger Dawnwings created by Aurora. She and Duncan met the day (well during the night at least) that he was turned back after being an orb. The pair flirted and later ended up having a one night stand which resulted in their daughter Aurelia. Even though Saffron and Duncan will never be mates the two are close as friends. She also became friends with Viridian, another female Duncan got pregnant on the same night, The two bonded over their shared pregnancies and raising of their daughters.

Aurelia: Duncan and Saffron's daughter. She's meant to be a child in this drawing. She is a Dawnwing just like her mom. I know you can't see it in this drawing but she has her daddy's wings which are the same as Hell's black on the outside red on the inside. She is sweet and very much a daddy's girl. She and her sister Indigo were born on the same day but Aurelia is a few hours younger.
