A little bit of Opalo lore¿ + a drawing of best friends
Here is Opalo's best friend, Zeal the cat, although he is actually the only one she is close enough to consider her friend (although she may or may not have a little crush on him 🤭).
Zeal is the leader of the rebels and Opalo is his right-hand woman. Zeal cares deeply for Opalo, as he does for all the people in his group of rebels. The scar and the loss of his eye were caused by his father, Silver, and the burn on his side was caused by his mother, Blaze, but not because they hate him, just because they are no longer themselves since Eggman Nega arrived and took control of them and the entire Sol Empire.
Opalo has known Zeal since they were children, and although at first they had a somewhat tense and competitive relationship (on Opalo's part), they ended up becoming close, unlike other children who approached her when she was younger. Zeal is the only one with whom she has maintained a friendship, as it suited her father (it's better to keep your enemy close). Perhaps he will play an important role in her plans for revenge against Whisper and Tangel (although she secretly enjoys seeing what Eggman is already doing to Silver and his family, so her main focus is on Whisper and Tangel)
Although, much to his chagrin, Eggman Nega’s destruction doesn't entirely benefit, so he sends Opalo to fight alongside the rebels. He does this not only to test her skills and capabilities, but also to ensure they can eventually leave the Sol Dimension and fulfill their true objective
