here's a little snippet from Archive 0: Chapter 1!!!
"They're magicless?" She pauses, for a bit, unknowing whether or not it was true as she continued watching them chase after the feral cat who seemed to be spewing flames right out of its mouth.
It's as if reality and imagination were poorly stirred into a huge cauldron. A silly sight, yet all the more refreshing for herself, running like her thoughts, almost overwhelming her as she stayed rooted next to him, anticipating what he'd do next.
She could not resist laughing about it though, yet careful not to be so boisterous she'd draw attention to herself as the flames grew even more higher, entranced, until noticing the mysterious transfer student shield the preposterous sight right in front of her, admitting her presence. "Careful, you might burn the tassels." Her voice amidst the flame, the panic and the adrenaline called Yuu's attention, pulling his hood down in a panic and for a second, she, too, got to her feet with the new student ushering her after the disaster itself. "So it was you."

really want to write about SilYuzu so I am looking forward to everyone seeing how the story will unfold! It's not just about the ship, it's about the world, the story and the characters, blablabla!!!

It's undergoing some minor editing right now, but by tomorrow it should be out and the weeks after that since I plan to actively continue and update it as I go. 👍
Note that my writing will not be perfect, do not expect it to be perfect since I do not expect it of myself, but I do try my best! I hope this can also help me improve along the way, it's fun, it reminds me of the good old wattpad days (wow this old app mentioned.)

Before the prefect got to meet Headmaster Dire Crowley, it was Yuzuki who arrived first albeit a more uncommon means of getting into the world of Twisted Wonderland through the Mirror of Summons where each student would be transported, belonging from different continents. Due to this, she later on learns that arriving through the black carriage is a common experience by all students, making her wonder why she is the only student to enter this way the reason why Crowley was always skeptical of her.
Yuzuki is often described as forgetful or as if she's trying to remember something everytime someone tries to talk to her. Due to this difficulty, Yuzuki is known for her irritable temper, feeling like she always forgets something even if nothing particular is up. She tries to maintain her composure in front of other students and is occasionally seen to express this, with a few students who regularly visit the library wondering what was up with the bookkeeper, often aloof with her.
Her only hint is whenever she enters the world of dreams. Everytime she ventures into it, she sees many things she is strangely familiar with even if she knows it doesn't exist in the world of Twisted Wonderland. At first she sharply remembers all this, but later on through the prefect's arrival (Yuu) her memory is now faded compared to her first time arriving. She also meets Mickey but never really talked about him to other students unlike when Yuu mentions this strange creature, making her very interested in the prefect of Ramshackle Dorm. She wanted to see if she could really see the mouse for herself leading to Yuzuki regularly visiting this particular dorm that sparked her interest. Yuu never had a problem with it, and Grim wondered why she did, often recruiting her to join the dorm so she could become his additional hench-human. (which Yuzuki always declined.)
She meets Silver due to Yuu's explanation, wanting to talk to him regarding all this and see if she could really enter her own dreams. By learning that his signature spell was indeed helpful of crossing into one's dreams, she volunteered to go with him one time, asking if he could go into her mind to make sense of what she was dreaming about. Although Silver explains it won't be that much effective, she still insists, making Silver oblige eventually.
In their first ventures, they don't enter the dream world together. When Silver is transported into the so-called dream, he ends up in Diasomnia, knowing fully whose dream it already was. When he entered, the doors were how they usually were but with it winding down into a hallway longer than the usual, making Silver wonder what this was all about. He searched around but still could not find the dreamer. When he spots a book on the ground, he inspects it and observes its cover, flipping through the pages before it swallowed him in darkness in a blink of an eye.
When Silver turned to look everywhere, he saw that he was transported to the NRC library, bumping by a flying book fueled by magic which made him wonder where the dreamer was.
Suspiciously, the book followed him until two or three and then a dozen books followed which made Silver panic because eventually, the books were actually deadly, deceiving him at first which made him dash into the hallway, running for his life wondering where the heck the dreamer still was.
When he turns to his right, the hallway dissolves as he runs. He sees a mirror to the right and dashes into it seeing as it had no reflection.
He got away from the books, making him fall into the ocean, holding his breath as he searched for a way out. Realizing that this was a dream and that anything could happen, he attempted to breathe, which worked surprisingly.
Instead of swimming up, Silver realized that there was something gleaming on the ocean floor, making him investigate it as it shone, realizing that it was Yuzuki's magical pen that gleamed underneath.
He starts swimming towards it and grabs onto it taking a closer look at it, it's bright green colour faded, turning the same color as the dark of the ocean he was in.
Suddenly he is transported to another place. Only it was dark and he was able to walk instead of float now.
He looked around, Yuzuki's magical pen the only thing emitting light for him to properly see where he was going, following his instincts as he looked around.
Silver then sees a glimmer of light in the distance, auroral as it shone, making Silver quickly realize as he dashes towards the figure standing far off from him being encircled by a mystical bird gracefully padding it's wings, until it faded, leaving the figure that was probably the dreamer as Silver speculates.
He calls her name hoping for her to turn back and tries to hold her hand to lead her safely to navigate her dreams with him in the lead. Yuzuki looks back at him with a worried expression.
"Where am I...what is this place?"
"We're in your dream. Come with me." Silver replies, hoping she'd understand as he steps closer and hands her her pen, it's faded colour showing as she looks at it skeptically, looking up at Silver hesitant to take it.
"Who are you? You shouldn't be here." Silver's expression starts to show a hint of worry as he realizes that she didn't recognize him at all, making him confused.
"Take this. It's yours. Trust me." Hoping to get her back to her senses as he hands her her pen, Yuzuki stands still, hesitant as she stared at the pen and him before deciding to take it, inspecting it. "What is this?"
"It's yours. You use it here at Night Raven College... don't you remember?" Silver is confused. Usually by this time the dreamer will recognize him especially when they are handed something that should be familiar to them. He wonders why she seemed so unlike herself here and if it really was her.
Suddenly, Silver feels something at his feet, slowly engulfing his legs as he becomes conscious to what was happening while they were at this realm. He kneels down and scoops a small amount of it in his palm.
"...black sand?"
"Remember...? Remember....what...remember...what exactly?" Yuzuki was inherently muttering words which Silver has difficulty hearing as the sand continues to pile up quickly, realizing it was slowly pulling him in as he tries to reach out to her, taking him away.
From afar, what sounded like a grandfather clock dings, it's sound surrounding the whole realm as he wonders where it comes from. He level-headedly turns his sight to Yuzuki once more as he takes her hand rashly making her jump a bit, realizing that he woke her up when Yuzuki's eyes gained a sense of familiarity into them but suddenly turning to suspense when she realized Silver was about to drown in a sea of black sand within this dream she conjured, widening her eyes as she tries to hold onto him, Silver neck-deep already as she screams, struggling to hold on to him in the hopes of discovering more of the dream but instead, Silver abruptly wakes up.
He notices that Yuzuki was awake first with her mouth gaped open and covered, turning to him for answers.
The more she tried to remember the dream, the more it was fading.
Silver explained to her what he saw, an evident shock on her face. It turns out the only thing she remembers faintly was her trying to rescue him from drowning neck-deep into the sand and then waking up and not remembering anything anymore as she tried to string together bits and pieces of whatever she remembered.
She puts on her glasses and runs a hand through her hair, avoiding his eyes, shaking her head.
"How do you feel?"
"No...I can't... I can't remember...Why can't I remember anything?" feeling defeated, she shakes Silver frantically, desperate to know if he knew what her dreams meant. Silver slowly takes her hands away and puts them in his.
"It's alright...no need to force yourself, it's just a dream."
She waves his hand away, his attempt at calming her down seemed to fail.
"No it's not. It's not. I heard a sound, like a clock, that clock..." She grunts and tries to remember as she puts her palm on her head in frustration, with Silver only watching her as he continues to sit there and listen to her struggling to describe what she saw and heard letting her get it out of her system for a couple of minutes before she calmed down a bit, regaining her usual composure when she realized she was being unreasonable.
"...Sorry I just..." She shakes her head and adjusts her glasses, looking at the ground for a bit.
"Look, I told you that doing all this might leave you with more questions than answers, re... right?" Silver notices that whenever he says the word, she might shrink into another panic, readjusting his sentence for the good of her.
A couple of minutes pass before she responds.
"Right, I mean...I apologize if it was unbecoming of me." Yuzuki pauses, still is unable to look at him due to her vivid realization that she acted out of character in front of him, adjusting her glasses, a mannerism of hers.
Silver only nods, wanting to give her some personal space, understanding that it might take a while for a lot of things to sink in before she truly understood, especially when he himself didn't understand it either.
He props himself up, heading to the door leading to the exit out of her room as he prepared to leave.
He turns to look at her, not a hint of worry spilling out unlike before. "I'll see what I can do."
Yuzuki looks up at him but realizes that he had already shut the door, not giving her enough time to at least give him her sincere thanks as she stares at where he stood in silence, wondering what Silver made out of her dream.
After sometime, I wanted to create a whole blog dedicated to my yumeship.
This will be more organized in terms of history and whatnot since I find it easier to manage stuff on here as well as collect as much fanart or commissions of my yumeship. (including anniversaries and countdowns or just milestones basically!)
