Ontem, esse jovem gigante (22 anos e 2,26m de altura) fez história nos 16 segundos que esteve em quadra. Não, ele não fez nada de espetacular mas se tornou o primeiro descendente de indianos a jogar na NBA. Ah, ele também é o sexto jogador mais alto a jogar na liga (o mais alto em atividade).

Bhullar está sendo comparado com Yao Ming, que ajudou a NBA a ganhar terreno na China, em 2002. A aparição de Sim é um fato importante para a NBA como um todo. É sabido que a liga busca sempre aumentar os seus mercados e a India é um dos seus principais focos, afinal de contas, são 1,25 bilhões de habitantes.
