Return of the Zombies
The trio decided to have not one but two fires on site this week. Luckily nobody was injured. They only had to replace the television chair (twice!) and the fire pit, so they weren’t out terribly much.
But the big news in zombies is that after a few days of quiet, the zombie’s are back. The return was a bit odd, not because I wasn’t expecting them to return, but because I did not anticipate ghost zombies. An interesting development with ghost zombies is that they can not only bite and turn Sims, but they can also be shot. Artemis and Gaia spent the better part of two days running down all the zombies in the area and killing them. Zeus tried, but this guy really does fail as a zombie hunter. Once again, he went out to hunt, got himself bitten and partially eaten and needed reviving. That’s 3 for Zeus.
In other news, the trio made another improvement to the lot. They built a chicken coop! In my storyline, Gaia rescued a chicken from the research facility when she last went to water the plants and they all worked to build this coop. This is another amazing @icy-spicy-scalpel creation, and you can download the mod here.
So the trio did not and can not build a chicken coop, but I’ve devised a plan for purchases such as this. I base it loosely on a math equation I saw for a TS3 zombie apocalypse that calculated how much of a wall a group could build based on skill level. But rather than base it on skill level, I wanted to base it on money and investment. So I used the woodworking bench and the bar stool. The bar stools cost $15 to build, so it’s not a major investment for the group. I decided that since bar stools sell for $30, I would need 17 to have the money to build the coop. So the trio built 17 bar stools to earn the coop. I’ll stick to this as the equation for everything they build.
